Douglas Risk

Entered United States Air Force after Dental School, after 8 years of clinical assignments, completed 2 year General Dentistry Residency and successfully challenged the Federal Services Board of General Dentistry which was converted to certification in the American Board of General Dentistry. Then served in several clinical, Command, and Headquarters assignments culminating in Director, USAF Dental Evaluation and Consultation Service. After retirement, worked to promote quality assurance, risk management, infection control and accreditation preparation as a consultant for various organizations. Member of ADA Standards Committee on Dental Products, Executive Board Member of the Organization for Safety, Asepsis and Prevention (OSAP), and is Fellow in the International College of Dentists
