Corporate Sponsorship

So that each corporate sponsor has good exposure to meeting attendees, the Academy limits sponsorship to only 14 sponsors.  The sponsorship fee is $1800 and includes:

• Setup of a 4'x6' skirted table with approximately 70-80 square feet of storage space behind the table for materials and supplies.
• 2 complimentary tickets to the Thursday evening Gala Reception.  This extravagant event starts at 6:30pm and provides a chance to visit with meeting attendees and dine on all-you-can-eat world class food.
• Access to the scientific session is available to attendees, however they must register and pay for the meeting.  The fee for the meeting includes all breakfasts and lunches.  Click here for meeting registrations and fees.
